Much more than words in breast cancer
This novel project collects relevant information about breast cancer from prevention to diagnosis. It is aimed at patients, their family and general public, addressing the disease with a simple language and a realistic tone but also positive and hopeful. To count with the collaboration of Dr. Laura García Estévez, Head of the Medical Oncology Breast Unit of the MD Anderson – Madrid has been key in the development of this interesting educational-formative tool.
Working Together, Learning Together
Too many patients with cancer suffer needlessly at the end of their life. Eisai Spain, in collaboration with the Foundation “Actitud frente al cancer” leading by Dra Ana Casas, and the association of breast cancer patients “ Creando lazos”, as well as clinicians, psychologists and researchers around the country, have embraced the challenge of advancing that vision. Mindfulness workshop for patients suffering from brest cancer
Mindfulness describes a way of approaching our thoughts and feelings so that we become more aware of them and react differently to them. With this project and workshop, Eisai will contribute to help patients with breast cancer, offering a very powerful tool to control their stress. More information
